Customer POLICY NOTE for Online sales from https://www.aghan.in/ (For order of E-bikes, Cargo e-bikes & Accessories)
Aghan Promoters is pleased to offer Free Delivery Service on its ebike(s). You can expect delivery of your purchased e-bike(s) within 8 days of
order confirmation from us with the following terms and conditions:
Free cancellation, till the time e-bike has not been shipped. Cancellation post-dispatch of the e-bike to customer’s place is not acceptable.
Return shipping charges should be deducted from the refund amount mentioned as below Rs.999/- inclusive of GST in case of NCR, Metro & selected cities Rs.1999/- inclusive of GST for PAN India Location except NCR, Metro & Selected cities.
Exchange is applicable for manufacturing defects only according to
stock availability of the product with company. The customer has to initiate
exchange request within 48 hours of receiving the product. Any request for
exchange of the e-bike/product shall be at the sole discretion of Aghan
Promoters. In case of an exchange being approved by Aghan Promoters, all
items must be returned in their original condition along with the following:
REFUND: After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of the ebike, we will process your refund. Please allow at least 15 working days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refund is processed through respective banks thus will be credited to customer’s account as per Bank’s standard processing time. However, we will notify you by email when your refund has been initiated.
Aghan Promoters E-bikes & it’s authorized retail partners will be delivering the customer orders based on serviceability in certain areas which are serviceable by logistic partners in India only. Customer will be charged shipment charges as per rates mentioned in below table.

Return pick up will be arranged for products which are delivered with manufacturing defects or wrong product. Customer is required to reach out to Aghan Promoters customer care via email https://www.aghan.in/Contact-us.html or call (+91-7598818887) with photos of defective/wrong delivered product to initiate reverse pick up. Customer needs to pack the product with all tags and in box contents in original packaging for reverse pick up A replacement order will be generated for approved returns and customer will be notified about it.
